About the CD
This CD (1.2hrs) has been designed to maximise your success with this important healthy lifestyle transition. It explores a number of mental strategies for quitting and includes two separate hypnosis sessions.
Session 1 - Quitting Cannabis In Preparation (24min)
This has been designed to listen to before you are ready to quit. Please do not listen to this hypnosis session if you are stoned. Each time you play this, I will be suggesting to your subconscious mind a series of statements designed to prepare you to quit. We will also be doing some exercises that can be implemented in your own timeframe when you will be ready, willing and able to quit cannabis. For this to be effective, you must want to quit dope and you must play this daily untill you get the urge to quit. This time frame can be a day or two or a maximum of two weeks it all depends on the individual.

Session 2 - Quitting Cannabis & Stress Reduction (22min)
This session has been designed to help you keep off cannabis, with the added benefit of stress reduction. Use both sessions as your support tools to assist in developing your new healthy habits, and again please do not listen to this hypnosis session if you are stoned.
On the rest of this CD we look at some basic psychology with regard to the theme of pleasure and pain. There are also some practical tips and lifestyle ideas for this new healthy life transition.
These hypnosis sessions are all carefully worded to produce the maximum effect, by communicating to the subconscious mind in the most effective manner. The only additional subliminal content in the back ground at a low audio level is the sound of waves washing up on a beach.
